  • Awesome, thanks for the info on calculating a recipes. I'm only a week in to this so I am still learning! The muffins were awesome, I will definitely be changing the way I make muffins from now on!

  • thank you so much for your replies! I am definitely going to check out their website, I never would have thought to look! I just want to be prepared when I go there for lunch so I don't make the wrong choices. And I'll be sure to bring a big water bottle for the rest of the day!
