hello... what is very helpful for me is if you have a smart phone you should download the application, so that you will be able to enter your food everytime you eat

:smile: you should by a pedometer and wear it through out the day it counts your steps and let you know how many calories you are burning

well i just recently bought via heart monitor. I clip it to my pants and it counts the amount of steps i take,the amount of calories i burn, and total distance per workout. I was considering doing Jillliam 30 day shred. I had bought the dvd a while ago and only did it once. Maybe I will start it because now all i do is go to the gym.
