hello... what is very helpful for me is if you have a smart phone you should download the application, so that you will be able to enter your food everytime you eat

I was considering doing Jillliam 30 day shred. I had bought the dvd a while ago and only did it once. Maybe I will start it because now all i do is go to the gym.
