I have been dieting for the last 2 to 3 months and i have lost 20lbs. I started with weight watchers which helped alot, but then i started to just count my calories. Also, with each diet i try to make sure i goto the gym atleast 4x a week. Does anyone have any other suggestions because I am not losing as much as I was in the beginning. I want to lose another 10-15lbs to see how i feel and look at that weight.

Honestly, I don't think you can go wrong with counting your calories rather than going to a diet plan. Although, if you would prefer one, I've seen a lot of success with the 17 day diet, although it's tough. It's a diet that constricts carbs at first, and slowly reintroduces them through a cycling scheduling.
This diet is also studied by actual doctors and dieticians, and doesn't involve buying supplements or weight loss shakes or anything crazy like that. Just the book which is like $25, but I've heard it's well worth it.0 -
thanks so much. I have heard of the diet from some of my co-workers, I am definitely going to look in to that0

South Beach or Sonoma.
Currently I'm doing Dukan until my SIL's wedding on June 4th but it's too restrictive for me to maintain long-term. South Beach/Sonoma I've been able to mostly stay on since 2003. I did re-gain 15 lbs. last year because of stress eating due to some personal circumstances that have thankfully now resolved. But I got back on the wagon as of New Year's and lost 9 of those with South Beach/Sonoma and then another 4 with Dukan.0 -
You might look into carb cycling, I have heard from my boyfriend, who is dieting for a body building competition right now, that is can help you to rev up your metabolism. Since it fluctuates your caloric intake per day. I have found eating 5 small meals per day, with no carbs (except green veggies) after 5pm, has been working for me.0
