This has been a HUGE problem for me. Last month we started playing Pokemon go on our phones. It may seem silly, but it makes walking fun and we definitely aren't bored anymore.

In my few 4 four weeks of starting this, I have noticed that I don't have nearly as many problems with IBS. I am quite happy about that.

I'm new to this but I have been steadily losing and haven't given up my coffee. I have a large one in the morning and then again after lunch. I quit the powdered creamer though.

If it makes you feel any better I was sick with a stomach flu and managed to gain weight back. The only thing I could keep down was bread. :/

AWWWWWW. This whole thread is making me want to take in another rescue. I just took in 2 more guinea pigs though, bringing the total up to 5. So for now, with 2 cats, 5 pigs, and 12 year old daughter, we have a full house.

I can't get over how fat my white one is. She was this TINY little baby when we found her. We had to bottle feed her. Now look at her!!
