I got a trampoline for my birthday also. a 12ft one for the back. have you lost any weight?

i get a to-go box and take 1/2 home for lunch the next day.

6lbs lost 10 more until I can fit in my jeans. 25 more lbs to lose after that however.

i have a very high fat diet.. i drink 2 glasses of full fat raw milk and eat 2-3 tablespoons of raw butter every day either on toast or with veggies. and i have lost 4lbs this week.

hiatal hernia possibly. check it would with a chiropractor, if it's not a hernia that they can massage down, go to a medical dr.

i like walking at the beach, just went today and walked 5 miles.

kyogreen is what i take, and coconut oil as well both help the thyroid naturally. i have been taking both during the day and see my weight drop. i also work out a little bit but not much and am not on a diet.

my mom was on coconut oil last summer and realized that she didn't have the pain she used to have. i currently have hip pain and i limit myself to a small amount of walking every day. i just started on the coconut oil yesterday, i am interesting in seeing if it really works. but we also had a dog who couldn't walk without…

one of my local parks has a work out area for adults with walking and resistance equipment. look to see if your local park has something.

How I read this.. "If you set yourself to a proper activity level then you shouldn't need to be cooking and cleaning" how i wish... But seriously, I don't eat back my calories. I am very small 4' 10" and have been told not to go above 1000 calories, but i go about 1,200.

Yes. My cat Callie has her bed on my bed. she doesn't sleep next to me, She's not a cuddly kitty but i was able to get her trained to have "cuddle time" in the morning. once in a while she will climb on my chest early in the morning before i wake up and practically strangle me because she's sitting on my neck for cuddle…

4' 10" goal is 95-99lbs. According to a past Dr. when I was 102, i was not supposed to be over 100lbs. I am 141 at the moment.

I was 13 years old, finished growing at 4 ft 10.. I weighed 102lbs. Dr. poked my belly during a pre-op exam and said "Too Fat". I am now 143 and considered obese. Working on getting back down to that "too fat" weight of 102.

I am 4 ft 10. I was not supposed to get over 100lbs (dr's orders) I have a small frame. highest weight was 160. CW 142.5 GW 99 but i will see how i feel and look at 105.
