I have SVT also. Have you discussed different meds with your dr.? I can do just about anything although I am not a runner or a jogger. I keep mine under control with meds but have had to have the iv's to get my heart rate back down to normal. I would really discuss this with your dr.

I did 40 minutes today using a HRM it said 205 calories. I have no clue if that's good or not,it was my first time doing the wii.

Can someone tell me how many calories 26 points are? My friend is doing ww and is allowed 26 points.

Following F2F I should eat 1810 calories if I go by what Pu_239 is saying 11 X my weight of 170 it would be 1870 calories .So I am on the first week of eating 1800 calories and I do not eat my exercise calories back. Do you see a pulmoary dr, for this? He should be able to refer you to a rehab facility. My Mom had COPD and they had an outpatient program for people with COPD. Your local hospital or clinic should know.

If she is following fat2fit you don't eat back the exercise calories,it's already added in.
