I was wondering if anyone does these? How would I calculate the speed/calories for these workout videos? Thanks!

    Before I got a HRM I used aerobics low impact.

    I have her Five Really Big Miles DVD and I love it.

    I wear my Fitbit device when I'm using the DVD so it calculates the calories for me.

    I have several of her video's and love each and every one of them. I think the best way to judge what you are burning or how fast you are going (if you don't have a HRM) is to see how well you keep up with the program. That's what I did until I got the HRM. Now I wear it all the time and love it. I got the Polar FT 4 and it's great.

    I have several of these DVDs. One is a 4 miler and it takes about 60 minutes, so I use "walking, 4mph, brisk pace". Same thing for my 3 miler, it would be the same pace since you do the 3 miles in 45 minutes.
