Jumping jacks done! 9 glasses of water(72 oz) down! Under calorie goal for the day!

All right party people. I decided to get my challenge out of the way first thing. I did my 100 jumping jacks right after completing my normal workout! Anyone else finished theirs yet?

Hi all! My name is Stephanie and I turned 30 in May. After years of yo-yo dieting (anywhere from 203 - 143), I decided that I wanted to start off my 30's the way I wanted to go on with the rest of my life. HEALTHY! I joined MFP in April of this year, and I'm already down 30 pounds. My goal for August is to lose 8 pounds. I…

I know how you feel, as I had the same issue last month for my anniversary. Here's the deal... It's only once a year. Enjoy your food and your husbands company and just get right back on track the next day!

I log mine as a reminder to take them, and also, mine are 15 calories. Not much, But I like to track it.

I'm a fan of the grilled shrimp and island rice. 370 calories and 4.5 grams of fat. Again... sodium way high at 1990mg, but just drink a crap ton of water!

It does kinda suck that you have to pay subscription fees, but I really love mine. I wear mine 23 hours a day(you can't wear it in the water). I love that I finally know how many calories I'm burning when I'm working out. I was always over or underestimating before I got it. I will say that their food database is absolute…

Just what I needed today!

Now, I'm not exactly a member of this club because I do want to have children, but I also accept that my husband and I are in no place, financially to do so. So... I guess it kind of is by choice. What I do understand is the incessant questions. I swear, the whole damn family spends every available moment questioning us…

Love my BobyBugg! It is 90% accurate, and honestly, that is good enough for me. I like not using an HRM and trying to calculate what I'm burning.
-
I keep saying that my ultimate goal is 130, but I just don't know if it's feasible for me. I have been as low as 140 before, and I wouldn't mind being back there!

I look like a total fool doing air jacks, so don't feel bad. I think the most challenging move though is the triceps extension while in plank. I always start to pull to one side, and usually end up falling over!
-
I get up at 5 to do my workout. Trust me, I really don't want to get up that early. I keep my shorts by the bed, and wear my sports bra to bed to I'm already halfway ready. Once I get started it's not so bad. I try to remind myself that once it's done, it's done and I don't have to worry about the workout until tomorrow!

I'm 30, had a start weight of 195, current weight of 171, and a goal weight of 130. Looks like you and I are on the same track!

1. Stress 2. Chocolate/Cheez Its - come on, they're equally bad!(once I get a little taste, I can't stop thinking about it!) 3. Wine

I love, love, love Turbo Fire! I just started Week 13, and I haven't missed a day yet. I actually look forward to it every morning. If you don't think you could stick with the full 20 weeks, you can do just the first 12. The 20 weeks is actually the Advanced Turbo Fire. I occasionally throw in some weight lifting or…

Great job! Keep up the excellent work!!!

Love it! I just started week 13, which starts Advanced Cardio. With a healthy diet and Turbo Fire, I've lost 24 pounds in 12 weeks!

I have the BodyBugg, and I absolutely LOVE it. I also found that I had been off with my calories burned. I either over estimated or underestimated. I only use it to track my calories burned and enter everything else here in MFP, since the BodyBugg database is pretty craptastic. I wear mine 23 hours a day and I've lost 24…

I did it and really liked it. It's great for when you have minimal time, but want to get a workout in!

I love Gina's blog and I use it all the time!

Ha! I always say I don't run unless I'm being chased by a dog, a man with a knife('cause it's pointless to run from a man with a gun), or occasionally, the police! ;)
-
Great job! Keep up the good work. Also, I love the tat on your back!

I actually don't like most regular yogurt, but I do like Greek. Don't feel bad though. I love avocado, but hate guacamole because of the texture, so I understand what you mean!

I'm one of those awesome people who has what my doctor called, a "slow gut". He's pretty sure there's nothing actually wrong with me, just that my colon moves things through slowly. I've tried damn near everything. I've upped fiber, tried coffee, bran muffins, the whole 9 yards. I'm just lucky if I can get 1 BM a week.…
