  • Ahhhh!! I have the same thing. I've always had it. It's almost like a spare tire around the hip area. If you find a way to get rid of yours, PLEASE let me know.
  • Well, I started Turbo Fire the same day I joined MFP which was the beginning of April. I didn't follow the diet plan exactly, since I felt it was a little too high in cals for me. I'm down 22 pounds since then and I can definitely see a change in my arms, thighs, and waist!
  • They drive me insane during those workouts. I totally modified at the beginning because I just didn't want to do them. Now I do them, but I still hate them!
  • I get irritated all the time! My favorite is when people ask why they're not losing weight, and ask for help. Then they say, well, I wont exercise, and I won't stop eating pizza, pasta, etc. I get it, I really do. I was the girl who just would stop mid workout because it was "too hard". I was the girl who would order a…
  • Bump!!! You have all of my favorites in one place here!
  • I have the BodyBugg, which is basically the same product(it's also made by BodyMedia), and I love mine! I really like being able to know how many calories I'm actually burning during a workout.
  • Great job!!! Keep up the good (hard) work!!!
  • I take the VitaFusion Gummy vitamins. They are for adults(and you count as one!). If you have a Sam's or Costco, you can get the giant bucket! They are also now being sold at Walmart, I believe.
  • Week 2 is usually just a pain in the *kitten*!
  • You also burn calories all day by just being alive. I wear a BodyBugg which shows me how many calories I burn a day. I shoot for 2500 doing everything from working out to sleeping! Then I try to make sure that I have at LEAST a 500 calorie deficit based on food.
  • I've used it. It's actually surprisingly more difficult than I thought it would be. I still think Ten Minute Trainer is a misnomer. They still want you to do 3 of them per workout, so you're still doing a half hour workout.
  • Well, usually taking a blow to any area causes swelling. If you were having bleeding on top of that, it could be related. So, either you scale is both the devil and an angel  or maybe you just had some water retention from swelling.
  • Chuck Norris would destroy us if we doubted ANYTHING he did!!!! I just wonder if guys who use hCG understand that it's a hormone that is produced during pregnancy??? Don't get me wrong hCG is also produced in the pituitary gland of males and females of all ages, but still, you'd think that would ick guys out!
  • Skins elasticity is different for each person. I wish I could give you a better answer, but don't stop working out and getting healthy just because you're not sure your tummy will look perfect.
  • If a person truly loves you, they will love you exactly the way you are. Here's the but, though. If you don't truly love yourself, would you push that person away because you're not really happy? If so, then you do need to learn to love yourself. It's not about weight, it's about what's inside of you. I understand how you…
  • I understand how you feel. I hate eating in front of people. When I eat lunch at the office, I have to close my door, and if people stop in, I damn near hide my salad! Some people say things just to be rude to make themselves feel better, and others just have no idea that what they're saying is hurtful. My mother-in-law,…
  • I have the BodyBugg by Body Media, and I must admit, their food database is crap! Mine uploads great, but I honestly don't track my food there very often, I just do it here and make sure my burn is good there.
  • You gotta be healthy! I love my boobs too, and miss them as they get smaller. But hey, Victoria Secret makes hella good bras that make them look bigger!
  • I actually added each individual workout under Cardio. That way I know exactly which workouts I did each day!

  • I weigh in on Monday mornings. It totally keeps me accountable during the weekend! I am also one of those scale freaks who tends to check my weight every morning to make sure things are good, but I try not to let it ruin my whole day...
  • That sounds delicious!!!
  • Run The World (Girls) - Beyonce I Like It - Enrique Iglesias The Edge of Glory - Lady Gaga Raise Your Glass - Pink On The Floor - J.Lo and Pitbull These are my running songs!
  • I have a BodyBugg that I wear roughly 23 hours a day. I track my food on MFP then transfer it to BodyBugg. I look to have a 500 cal deficit per day, so I don't normally rely totally on MFP.
  • I would also check with your doctor. It sounds like you had a previous minor problem that TF might have aggravated and the last thing you want is to do serious damage and be out of commission for 6-8 weeks. I know that I try to pivot, but sometimes I don't quite do it, and it kills my knees. I agree with MissAnjy though,…
  • I just bought a relatively inexpensive Danskin sports bra from WalMart, and it is definitely holding the girls back!
  • I also call them my bat wings, or when I put my arms out, I go, "Look, a flying squirrel!"
  • I literally cannot remember *kitten*! it absolutely makes him nutty. Also, while he thinks I'm not listening to him, it's actually that he mumbles at the back of my head, so I have to say, "what?" a lot, which also makes him crazy. I failboat on doing dishes, I leave stuff in the washer and dryer, and I leave shoes out…
  • I have to be honest. I never thought in a million years that I would pay $100 for shoes. However, I just bought a pair of Asics, and they are the freakin' bomb. They have a gel layer and I can plyo to my hearts content without my feet hurting!
  • Cincy!!!
  • http://www.therunnersguide.com/howlongrunningshoeslast/ They say it's more based on the miles you run. Hope this helps!
