I am on week 6 and have lost 10 lbs, 2 inches off my waist and 3 off my hips. Its a really fun workout!

Peppermint oil ( you can get at health stores) put a drop in water and drink it. Also ginger tea..Boil an inch of ginger for about 30 mins, you can add lemon and honey if you want.

Well the pool keeps you cooled down and you dont notice that you are sweating while swimming. Its also easier on your joints. That might be the reason you felt like it wasnt as hard.

Masage actually does affect your body like exercise does....It would however take alot of massaging to have the same effect. Either way massage is awesome for all systems of the body.

Try getting massages... your muscles could be really tight. When the muscles are tight they pull on the bones they can also pinch nerves. Try icing as well.

Ice is always better choice. If you dont know, always go with ice...You may have inflammation and heat would only make it worse. If it feels warm to the touch do not use heat.

I just finished my first week of it! I love it! Its hard but its alot of fun. If you are not very coordinated then you might not like it at first.

YES YES YES!! The naturopath I go to has also been a medical doctor. He says he would never go back to the medical field. They actually take time to figure out what is going on with you instead of throwing another prescription at you.

You might need to dig a little further inside yourself and figure out why you are scared to lose weight. I had to deal with letting go of the emotions that held me back. My fat was a cocoon, it was saftey for me. Once I let that go I started t feel confident enough to let th fat go too. Hope that helps you. Good luck!!
