If it makes you feel better I've gained weight! :( Maybe it's just muscle but I am frustrated as well. I've been calorie counting for 100 days already and nothing! I have lost 4 pounds this year but gained 5. Just keep at it. and remember. It's not the number on the scale that matters it's how healthy you are. :)

Peppermint tea is a great weight loss tool. It tastes great without any added sugar or milk. But If someone wants it sweeter honey does the trick just fine. Peppermint tea helps the digestive system work better so the food you're eating is more easily absorbed and digested. Love it!

I love my hour of gym time 5 days a week. Sometimes 6 if I can just champ it out. Usually jog at least 15-20 minutes a day, have one cardio day a week. Lift weights, Walk my dog daily. Go fishing once a week (Which surprisingly burns a lot of calories. That **** is hard work). I don't have a specific program I like to do.

So crazy to see all the differences between us all! I'm just under 5'8" I'm about 5'7. I wear size 5. Sometimes size 7 cause I have muscular legs and a pretty nice sized butt. I weigh 148lbs on a bad day.

All you need to do is this "It's only 20 minutes" you may be sore by when you start doing it the more your body heats up and the more you move, the easier it gets. This was always my problem with the shred. I was so sore that I didn't want to do it the next day. But you need to do the full 30 in a row. It is worth it.…

Children say things that they don't realize will hurt us. I'm sorry that it was your child who said this but one day they will realize how much it really hurts. A few years ago I had quite short hair and I had a little girl ask if I was a boy or a girl. If that makes you feel any better.

Definitely yes! I have 11 right now. Almost done my full sleeve. It should be done by this fall. I can't wait! I love them on anybody. Granted I have a few tattoos that aren't looking the greatest now. But they are all easily fixed so I am still happy with myself:)

5'7", 25 years old. SW = 180lbs back in 2012 CW = 145lbs been maintaining at that since august 2012. GW = 135lbs. No set date on goal weight. But also if it doesn't happen, it doesn't happen. Im more focused on building muscle and being toned.
