  • I am happy that other people had this same question!! When I stop taking my birth control and I am on my period it is like my weight loss speeds up massively...   • I know I always get 55 calories on the 10 minute one on the wii Fit and the MFP said 31 calories I think. Personally, I feel like it gets my heart rate up a lot more than 31 calories worth! But really, the best fit is probably somewhere in between the two. So for me, maybe 45 would be a more accurate statement.

  • I found that Gap (I always go to Gap Outlet though) has fantastic jeans! By far my favorite. If you look they have jeans for everyone, long & lean, short, curvy & short, and so many other types. I would recommend looking there for those hard to find jeans, they work awesome on me :)
