I have one on my foot as well and as long as you put loads of vaseline or baby cream on it, cover it up and put socks and shoes on top you should be just fine. You can just not let it get dry or let your shoe rub against the bare skin.

Personally, I would not completely stop eating what you love. Especially if you have a sweet tooth ;) I snack on fat reduced peanut butter (1 tbsp = 95 cal!!! ) and there are a lot of other options. You just have to implement little happy-makers into your diet. I have one day of the week that I allow myself some ice cream…

Thx you guys! Raw veggies sound good however my lunch usually consists of salad and I am afraid if I overdo it I will just get sick of it. Chicken, turkey and fruits & nuts sound good...or maybe veggie juice.... I will try and let you know how it goes! :)

I used to eat cereals with skimmed milk but now im trying yoghurts, fruits or egg white omelette if I have the time. My problem are snacks... Cant find the right snacks ;(
