I have the copper, have for 6 1/2 years and have no regrets. I have not had weight gaining problems with it, heavier periods I have been told are due to the copper, sometimes even 2 a month but love copper however no problems with weight gain.

Buy a Frozen bag and bake some, I think you can have like 15 for 120 Calories. I know it is bad but better then 300 calories for Wendy's small fries! Good Luck!

I do Manwhich with ground turkey rather then hamburger, it is pretty low in calories and my boys and husband love it as much as I enjoy lower calories for dinner. I have also done BBQ Chicken and Potato's and carrots for the boys and just had carrots myself. Good Luck!

Good Luck! For me, my husband had to see me loosing and there was less sugar in the house and healthier dinners, so he really did not have a choice but to loose a few. Then once he without trying saw he was loosing some, he became motivated on his own. He ended up loosing 30 lbs in 3 months and it was all "his idea".

I found the least calories is to have a cheese enchilada, then I eat 1/2 the rice and Beans. I guess it all depends on the person! Good Luck!

I have never figured out why, but she drives me CRAZY!!! Plus she is so masculine, I stopped doing her video's, she is fit and all but I do not want to be mansculine and hear her talk about how she can curl 25lbs when I am barely doing 5lbs at 20 reps for 3 sets.

Mine does not increase so much as the entire week is on hold and when I am done....... weight does not drop, just goes back to normal. I guess it could be worse!
