Well not going to make my goal

I was hoping to be at goal by Mother's Day and it is 13 days away. I cannot lose 7lbs in 13 days so I need a new goal.
Being that I only have 7lbs to go I know it won't be easy but what is an achievable goal for 7lbs? weeks, months..etc?

    Make it reasonable... give yourself 7 weeks or more to do it... with that little to go, it is likely you will see very small changes from week to week... but remember that you CAN do it!

    If I were in your shoes, I would not give up just yet, you are right loosing 7 lbs in 13 days is not a great idea, but if you are trying for that maybe you will be sooo good and try to get as close as you can, who knows maybe with no cheating and a little extra exercise you can do 4lbs or maybe even 5 then you are only 2 lbs off!!! GOOD LUCK!

    1% of body weight per week is a great starting point. Any more than that is probably muscle burn instead of fat burn. So a 140 pound person should set their goal at 1.4 pounds that week.
