  • This may not be helpful but I usually just throw a bunch of stuff that I like in there based on what I have in the fridge. Some examples include: 2 celery stalks 2 carrots 1 apple 1-2 inch piece of fresh ginger parsley a couple hand fulls of fresh greens (lettuce, kale, spinach) 1 lemon or lime I typically use celery,…
  • How about sauteed red bell peppers, onion, garlic and green beans? Or any veggies you like? Saute with a little bit of olive oil and they will pair nicely with the turkey burgers.
  • I love the roasted seaweed snacks from Trader Joe's or Costco. Of course you have to like seaweed but they are crunchy and salty. Roasted Kale chips are also yummy.
  • Push ups are hard! The really motivational part is that if you do them consistently, you do get better and stronger! I always try to start by doing a full push up until I can't anymore. Keep up the good work everyone. I won't be able to do my shred until later tonight but I look forward to the challenge!
