I'm not really eating anything low carb, I just stopped eating toast for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch and replaced with with yogurt and carrots and such. I've still been eating fruit and veggies and not really *worrying* about carbs, just taking away the bread.

Just please bring enough (or more than enough) for the amount of food you are buying. Nothing is more annoying to a bagger than when someone comes with a shopping cart full of food and only 2 reusable bags, it just wont fit.
