Let me preface this with a horrible excuse: I went on a three day weekend getaway with husband and daughters and didn't count any calories, though I did do some hiking....and no real work outs last week due to getting things ready for midterms at work.
I gained and I'm weighing in at 174 today. :sad:
But excuses are lame, so I'm back on the horse this week. Congrats to all you fabulous pin ups who never "feel off" the proverbial horse. :drinker:0 -

0.6lb loss for the week is great! You've averaged 1.4lbs/week for the last 5 weeks, which is FANTASTIC!!!0 -
Super exited that I didn't gain any weight...that last month and a half I'll gain one week then lose the next, but then gain again the following week...I didn't lose any either so still at 152 but staying the same is better than losing...woo-hoo!! GREAT JOB ON EVERYONE'S WEIGH LOSS SO FAR....KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!! :-)0

I haven't posted in a couple of weeks so I'm glad to be back. We went on a 10-day vacation and got back Friday.
Weighing in at 213.8. I didn't get to work out at all while on vacation, we were visiting family. Back on the horse this week though, logging food, drinking water and working out0 -

197 for me i think.. my scales are having a hissy fit at me today and wouldn't give firm answer.
this week won't be nice as it is so hot.. so not really feeling the eat every wto hours rule.
met most of my goals last week so happy there.

No change for me. 198.6 last week and this week. I am happy to be under 200 hundred I just need to keep at it. Keep working out and eating all my calories in a healthy way!0

arrrrgh!!! my weight is all over the place at the moment!! apparently I've put on 2lbs in the last week!!
its gotta be water!! agreed it was my birthday a week ago and I had moderate amounts of cake, but not OVER done it at all!!
I had some sausage over the last couple of days, for my brekkie, guess it could be the salt content in that making me hold onto the water, or possibly my new meds making things go dippy!!
I'm moving about more cos I got a 'kinect' and some games for my birthday last week! I think the cals on here are a bit 'overestimated' so am looking to put some birthday money towards a HRM!! Who here is in th UK and has one which they swear by, but didn't cost an 'arm an a leg' ??
anyhoos, my scales say 183.4 this morning!!! stoopid water! grrs!!!

opps forgot to check in yesterday. scale is not moving, holding steady at 133.4. guess this isn't a good timing for this group for me0

just an update!
huge amounts of water been 'expelled' over the last couple of days!
so much that I'm 180.8 on the scale this morning!!!
'sigh'
I'm off to the sexual health clinic tomorro to see about getting a mirena fitted! this hormone daft-ness is driving me bonkers!!0
