Your like me, great through the week, but then comes the weekend. It seems I gain back on the weekend, what I lose through the week so I spin my wheels. Might want to watch the alcohol intake.

This has been the best and most responsible definition I have seen!! I can buy all of this. I was having trouble with the advise people gives to everyone who doesn't lose for a week or 2. Eat more! Or the ones that warns someone that because they missed one meal they will go into starvation mode. Awesome job!!

I found the best way to deal with it is to limit refined sugar and do 6-8 mini meals. I never eat 3 meals a day. I eat pretty much every 3 hours. Ex: 1/2 a sandwich & 1/2 an apple @ 11:00 then the other 1/2's at @ 2:00. It seems I am always eating, but can stay within my calorie goals.

I've never had a problem with Diet and will drink about one a day. Personally for me, I will take the risk with it rather than the high sugar and calories in the regular.

I fire up the grill and do my turkey chops on the grill, measure out all my chips, measure out everything else that I need and seal in individual sandwich bags. Everything than is just kind of like a grab and go. :)

Mine is public. I love to read others so it only seems fair. I don't judge or comment, to each their own. I just like seeing the different ideas and foods, especially the one out side of the US.

If it is a one day gain, don't sweat it. It could just be fluid. Give it a couple of days and see how it goes. Then decide if you need to cut back a little. Don't panic yet. :)

I had one almost 3 years ago. You have to be careful with what you eat and any exercise. But you can start walking almost immediately. It was a very slow go the first couple of weeks, but the walking actually help you get things back to feeling like yourself. I didn't gain any weight at all. I was back to work 2 weeks…

It normal. I gained that after my hysterectomy. It comes off quickly. It the gas and swelling. It will come off and probably some extra.

That is the norm for me. I would just love to sleep in one morning, but it never happens. If I can get in 6 hours is a lucky night for me.

I don't track meals, just daily totals. I eat every 3 hours, it usually ends up being about 200 per mini meal. I changed my tracking page to eliminate the "meals" and just added one category. Example I will eat 1/2 of my sandwich and 1/2 of the apple somewhere about 11:00 and then the 1/2's at 2:00. It would be hard to…

I drink it in moderation...maybe 1 can a day. It doesn't make me crave sweets/sugar.

I'm on Citralpram the generic for Clemex for anxiety/panic attacks. I haven't gained a pound. I put off trying them for 2 1/2 years afraid of the same thing. I thought I could beat it on my own. Now I wish I had tried them a couple of years ago, I feel like I have my life back now. :-)

I think it is wonderful. I use turkey as a substitute for beef in about everything. If it was not for the sodium it would not be bad at all. It is terrible high in sodium. Alot of the deli's now carry a lower sodium version, but it is still like 240mg at 50% under the regular.

The one really nice thing about Planet Fitness is that they do not allow the grunters or power lifters. All that is frowned on and an alarm goes off..."The Lunk Alarm". I've drank Dt.Coke for years with none of the scary side effects. I don't over do them, 1 a day at the most 2. They are not a trigger for me. Everyone is different.

I belong and love it. I've been to different one here and have always had great experiences. They have enough equipment that there is never a wait. The staff is great and the place is super clean. It has become one of my favorite gyms that I have ever belonged.
