Wow 1200 cals sounds insanely low. Im 260 and eat 1700 per day and am still losing quite fast. Im not sure if 1200 and your stats is sustainable/healthy. Sustainability is the key+logging honestly everyday. Good luck.

I would keep in mind to reasses every now and then. And as u just learned from fatdoob....you need to change goals so yhat you dont get in a rut again. MFP is only as good as the info and effort you put into it. Good luck my friend.

Not sure. Im a gut. I did google a female caloric intake calculator and the basic data yiu put up minus activity level (didnt know activity level so I put it at lowest level which is basal metabolic rate)....it said 1356 cals per day.....for maintenance.....mfp should give you something also?

When I was hitting the gym years ago I used to choose 2 muscles I wanted to focus for the day. Ex monday I would do triceps and abs tues biceps and abs Wednesday legs glutes and abs...etcccc....

I definitely sympathise. Im 260 so running hurts a little and I cant do it for long so im doing anaetobic stuff for now so I can get my body ready and it helps to boost weightloss. Once I drop 30# I will start to look at treadmills and begin walking. I hope to build up to jogging. Good luck

This came up with caloric intake number for day which will get you to your goal weight by the date you put in. Exercising allows you to earn more cals for the day. Almost sounds like a pad thai sauce....important to have noodles done before.
