starting slow but going strong
Hi....long story short....im at about 15# down and losing about half pound every other day...thank you sugarbusters!!!! And thank you MFP!! Being meticulous logging my intake daily and activity helps Alot!!!!!! I never tracked it in the past but it works wonders keeping it at the ftont of you mind.
