I go six days a week for at least an hour a day and try to have a rest day once a week. I also do kickboxing for an hour twice a week, Tae Kwon Do for an hour two to three times a week, and yoga for an hour twice a week.

I don't understand why drinking water is so hard for some people. I've been off of soda for the past five years or so and when I do take a soda sip I much prefer water now, and I'm being 100% honest. Chilled water is delicious! :) Drink more of it!
