I'm back...sort of?
So I'm back...sort of. I gained about 10lbs since I've been out, but I don't think all of that is from fat (deadlift max increased by 90lbs so 85% sure it wasn't all fat). Going to log as pescatarian from here on out, or try to, at least! :)

Tae Kwon Do - Calories Burned?
Sooo I just looked up calories burned for Tae Kwon Do on MFP. It basically states 100 cals per 10 mins. That can't be right. I feel like 100 cals would be if it was a completely non-stop 10 mins, but there is instruction and resting and cooldowns... Ugh, last ten pounds...go away. :<
So I've been fluctuating the past few weeks between 132 and 127. It's maddening. My goal weight is 120, vanity weight 117, I'm 5'3" and have already lost about 25lbs--give or take--counting calories using MFP. Amazing results.
