Vanilla Almond. Just. Delicious, delicious vanilla almond.

Dark chocolate-covered seasalt caramel. Mmm.

I like to think it goes off into outer space as little marshmallow bits of baby fat to its home planet where its mom and dad is waiting, and then The Doctor-- Oh wait.

No one on an internet forum can give you the advice you need. Neither you nor anyone on here can diagnose you. Please seek a healthcare professional regarding this matter.

Please make sure you are ready to proceed towards a healthy and fit lifestyle. For someone in recovery, seeking professional help and asking them this question would be preferable over asking people on an internet forum. Eat well. Lift weights. Lift heavy. Don't overdo it. Eat for your body's NEEDS, not your mind's WANTS.…

Agree. "Oh no, I'm sooo tired. But I have no kids and no one to rely on me but myself." Those people, I ignore. I'm thinking, though, "No. Get up. Be active. Do something. You're tired because you're inactive. You're inactive because you're tired. Break the cycle."

Hahah. My life.

LOL. Um. - 2 active kids with activities and school (Tae Kwon Do & Tennis for now, but soon Football & Soccer as well) - 1 full time job. - 1 part time job. - School for myself. - Family members with spinal injuries who have no one to rely on but us. And I still manage to do: - Gym an hour a day. - Therapy. - Crossfit. -…

You should have 3 handmade chocolates, freshly made Hot Chocolate and a chocolate brownie ok yolo But really just go with whatever you feel like at the time and make the rest of the day's decisions based off of that.

It's not about "liking" or "wanting" to eat more every day for me. It's about what my body NEEDS. I lost 30 # on 1200cals/day. Did I look amazing? Well, I looked better than I used to...but not amazing. Did I look good naked? Not really. Not until I started weight-lifting and eating 1600+ calories a day did I start looking…

It's called waking up at 4:00am, getting to the gym at 4:30/5 and coming home by 6. Wake up earlier, you'll have more time then. :)

30#-40#. Add strength/lifting, and your legs start looking amazing, too. :)

Like a year or something. I've fluctuated +5/-5 throughout, but haven't actually lost any significant weight for something like a year. I finally just said eff it and changed my cals to maintenance, and upped my cardio + relied on lifting and strength training to change my body.

Always.

omg. 1 cup Special K Red Berry + 1 cup Silk Vanilla Almond Milk = favorite breakfast ever. It's so good. But I am also slightly lactose-intolerant, so almond milk makes sense for me.
-
D to B. But I was also breast-feeding when I was a D, so probably just a cup or so lost.

Keep going! Give it time. 2 weeks isn't enough to off-set years of gaining the fat. Keep going, you'll see results. :) Every single body is different. Slow and steady wins the race, and you'll be more likely to keep the weight off. Good luck.

I use stevia.

Simple mistake. 4am wake-up call and 4 mile run. Quite sorry, MFP police. <3

I can't even imagine 4%BF. Like, I see models and weightlifters who are at 13%-17% and they already look amazing, and I can't wrap my mind around what anything lower than that looks like. Good luck!
-
I would rather lose BF% rather than weight, tbh. Plzkthx. You could be 110# and look sexy in clothing. Or you could be 120# and look amazing naked. Nowamsayin. ;)

Alright, here's the thing. April 2011 I set myself on 1200 calories a day. It worked. I lost 25-30 lbs. Then I plateaued all over the place for months and months and months. 1200 calories? No longer worked for me the smaller I got. 1200 calories WILL MAKE YOU LOSE WEIGHT. However, it's not the healthiest way to lose…

The only 5k I've been in was Color Me Rad, and they did it for $60 (I think) and they had a cause (Special Olympics). If you enjoy running, run. But if you can do something you enjoy, AND help out at the same time, why not?

omg I died.

On your knees or off? I guess it doesn't really matter, great job!

When I did Vinyasa last week I kept it on for the majority of the session, and 40 minutes got me about 330 calories burned. I'm 5'3 at around 135lbs. I paused it for a total of 20 minutes in between flows, though.

I was a 7 in high school. Then I gained weight and was a 7.5/8 for a few YEARS. So I doubt that was water weight and retained fluids. Then I lost weight again and now I'm at 6.5/7 again.
