Feel free to add me! 26 years old, 10 lbs to go, with a lot of fitness goals I have yet to even approach. I like to comment and read food diaries. I'd love comments and feedback too. :)

Hey there, good luck with your goal, its totally obtainable. :) Do you have a strategy in mind yet? I've been counting calories and slowly adding in exercise. Me: 5'3" GW 117 lbs, CW 126 lbs (starting 134 lbs), 26 years old.

My squat calendar is slightly different... but I made it up to 90 today. I might start incorporating hand weights when I have them available.

I've not been strict and completely cut out anything; but I have been better about sweets, breads, soda, and mindless amounts of dairy ( I now pay attention to how much cheese, sour cream, or cheese cheese I eat).

I've added 30DS into my rotation, but I really like to mix up my workouts. I tried the 6- week six pack abs video she put out too. Since my fitness goals aren't all that specific, I figure that I'll just get stronger and build my fitness abilities across the board before really committing to any particular routine. Not…

I'm down to not eating any processed junk food, so long as I can eat locally made ice cream or pastries as my calorie count allows. :) Clean junk, as it were.

I get a soft spot on the inside of my legs, just above the kneecap. Definitely fat - not bone, ligament, etc.. since it goes away pretty quickly when I start to lose weight.
-
I'm starting - but today. And I'm coming up with a few butt/thigh alternatives if my knees start to cry. Someone said Plies are good too.
-
My knees (and thighs) slim down from diet, and diet alone.
-
I got two separate compliments today. Not sure if that is wardrobe or weightloss related, but I will take it. :)
-
26 here - hoping for a little levity! Add me if you like. :D

I was at Target yesterday, and it was just like I had stepped into the early 90's. Half shirts, light denim... the pastelly prints. Not my style at all - but if it make you feel young :)
-
.... it really depends on how much you have to lose. If you are 10 lbs from your ideal weight it may be harder than if you have 50 lbs to lose.
-
Feel free to add me. I'm no stranger to cheat days, and then getting back on the bandwagon. :)

5'3" - 126.5 lbs. Looking to lose about 10 more (I'm 26 years old). Anyone here is welcome to add me, and we can root each other on.

You seem like you are in very good shape - sounds like others are a bit oversensitive, or plain jealous. That being said, I'm sure there is a good of people with a shared interest of fitness that would be happy to talk about it. Maybe just avoid the conversation (since it seems to be upsetting to some) with certain people…

Watch out for your knees. 1 week in and I had done some serious damage.

5'3" , 127 lbs. Weight loss is hard! I've been minding calories, and experimenting with exercising, and making sure I am hydrated, getting enough vitamins. I'm hoping that the little things add up, and that I can ease into a fitness routine without blowing out my knees.
-
That's about my goal too! I have a conference in Vegas the weekend after - and I'd love to get a cute dress. 5'3" currently 127 lbs. I've got the diet situation mostly under control - but now I need to start working out. Please add me. :)

I really like to observe other folks' carts, but I try to to draw too many conclusions. I too, buy treats from time to time. That being said, most of my splurging is still with homemade food from real ingredients, and not stuff out of boxes. We made strawberry sorbet the other day, which is loaded with sugar - but better…

I came in to the thread, already knowing the answer. But with a little bit of hope anyways. I have huge thighs, since they are both muscular and fat. the outsides of my thighs are firm, and the insides have a LOT of give.

I'm wondering this myself... It can't hurt to be drinking more water, anyway. I've tried to sub it out for my coffee, which saves me calories from sweetener and creamer.

26 here. Trying to make sure I can stay youthful and love my thirties... not dread them. 5'3", currently 127 and in bad shape for my frame. Feel free to add me if you want to follow along. :)
