I have really liked using the instant pot but I can't say I've been using it for healthy foods. I've made ribs and pulled pork in it and both turned out great. I have made pulled chicken breast no sauce which is good for sandwiches and salads and making chickpeas from dried without soaking which was the best!

I recently has issues with hairloss and thinning hair because of a stay at a hospital I had I started to use sulphur free shampoo and conditioner and use coconut oil to massage my scalp and moisturize my hair. I'm not sure if it will work but it helped me from slowing the hair fall.

Do you think its better to go to a gym or to set up your own home gym? Me and my husband were looking at bowflexes but I've been looking into free weights I'm overall very confused about what is best.

Thanks everyone for your input. I think I have a better idea of what to do now. I normally prefer meals but I may leave the smoothies as a pick me up snack instead of replacing a meal. And if I'm low on protein for that day I'll make sure if I add protein powder or greek yogurt I'm within my calories. Thanks for the advice…

I feel you issue, I have a similar situation too. Sometime I'm good sometimes I'm not! But I think you will always have challenges if its not your significant other its going to be vacation or a party or a restaurant or whatever! Try your best to pick the right things. I agree with the above, she might be scared that you will leave her if you lose all of the weight. She might be sabotaging you out of fear!
