i have lost 34lbs (which was at my goal) and it took me about 7-8 months. i have now also maintained that loss for a year as of yesterday :)

barely 5' married to my guy 6'3" for now over 30 years!! :) and i agree weight loss is a bit more challenging for us because every lb seems as if it is noticed (and felt) five times more because we only have so much vertical space to put it! which just makes the fight that much more sweeter to win!

I have been eating a lot of soy products and vegetarian quick microwave entrees. They are made to taste like the real thing and are pretty close. Calorie-wise, you save a BUNDLE and can eat more during the day while still losing weight.
