I guess it would depend on mileage or effort? You want to let your body get some recovery time in between big efforts. I alternate days with strength training, so I run 2-3x per week.... Busy day, meetings, pep rallies, little sleep last night! Hopped on the treadmill around lunch time, got my 300 cals +\- and 2 miles done. Are "mostly" well, drank plenty of H2O. Bit sore from my Barbell class... I love feeling like lifting makes me stronger! I am now going nah-nahight!!! Hope everyone's having a good week!

Hehehe that's life of a stay-at-home-mom of two boys ages 10 and 11.... Chase, chase, go, go, go... But I do admit, the one hour gym classes help add to the steps! And not every day is like this.... My typical Sunday's I barely come close to 4000 steps... Hehehe
