I bought an M400 3 weeks ago and was to chuffed to be able to afford it. Had been using a Fitbit Zip uptil then and it's not very motivating when Polar and MFP can't get the syncing working! It worked the first week or so and then the updates happened. :/

Throw in a few grams of wheat bran, cook it with milk and afterwards mash half a banana in, some protein powder, a little more milk and if I have any, some yummy blueberries on top. Stir, eat. My fave breakfast. :smiley:

Primarily, my food intake from MFP isn't being synced. According to my Fitbit dashboard I ate nothing yesterday. Screws up the stats! :\

I ate to my heart's content yesterday. Nearly 1000 calories over what I should stick to, to lose weight slowly. I enjoyed every thing I ate/drank very much. Logged it all today and had a good laugh with my daughter about the amount. The scale smiled with me today and told me I weigh 300g less. Just enjoy your Christmas…

I had a plateau for 6 weeks although I had been training hard (weights). The scale didn't budge.
