it can be done , i am not saying its easy , but its not that hard , and the healthy weight is life style check some of my pics here its in 2010 i lost about 154 pound about 20 days ago this pic

what you said is really helpful for me , i am already working on maintenance too i did maintenance for a year and started 3 months ago , and i already lost about 40 pound the last time now i am working on maintenance for like 20 days now anyway , thanks alot for your info and support

honestly, i feel great now ,what i did is one of the best things in my life , and yeah , i am comfortable now , but i always ask myself its about the right weight or how i look like after i lost about 70 kg , so what i want to say , do i have to get the healthy weight or not?
