hello everyone for someone like me,after i lost about 60kg , i have to do about 1:30 mins of cardio 6 days /week to maintain my weight , and i want to start lift again , but i really cant give up with cardio because i want the extra calories so my question is , can do both in the same day? or that will be too much for me ?…
my age: 25 years 182 cm and about 95 kg now this is my pics well , i am not sure if its enough or i have to keep lose more , what you think guys?
