Scales are different. Weight fluctuates. Stick to one and don't worry about the rest.

Wow! Congratulations! I felt this one too - more often being able to fit in a booth at a restaurant without having to push the table back.
-
Good for you - Congratulation! Yep, the Fresco menu @ TB is my "go to" choice for fast food. I usually get Fresco Soft Chicken Ranchero Taco - with a couple of fire sauce and a diet soda. <300 Cal.

Looks cool, but I have an Android phone (DroidX).
-
I'd like to use my phone - so the bluetooth. And I've got a race coming up which doesn't allow phones/music players - so a watch type.

Are you sure about that - seems it's just blue tooth: Will this transmitter work with my Polar wrist unit that I currently own? This transmitter will not work with your existing Polar wrist unit because it uses a different transmission technology then our regular models. Amazon review:

Weight fluctuates daily depending on male/female - mostly water retension. If you're well hydrated, then your weight will fluctuate less. of course, it depends on how full your bladder is, bowell movement, etc. If I eat a lot of salt one day, my weight the next morning will "spike" up about 6-7 lbs. It will take a couple…

I just ate a large grapefruit 432 grams - got 1/3 my fiber for the day. Eat more fruit. Tastes good, is easy, and fiber's not a problem.
-
I weight every day, same time, same scale. I don't understand you question. What does that abbreviation mean?
-
Well, I went to Target and got an XL Champion shirt. According to their size chart, I should have been able to fit into a large, but I picked it up and said "uh uh". Got home and put it on - man! I'm glad I got an XL .... I guess I'm not used to wearing tight clothes. It's a little big in my shoulders, but it's tight…

AHHHHHH ... I gained 2 pounds since yesterday!!! Spiked to 209!!! What happened??? Could be those 2 slices of pizza I had last night caused me to retain some water ... But the spike isn't as high as the last one. So, I'll focus on drowning my gut in water today. And weigh again tomorrow morning - same bat time, same bat…

Uhh ... I guess I could go from 1900's to 1990's ... people would think I'd gone crazy ... 2000's to 1990's wouldn't work ... wearing my hair exactly the same as then.

I like weighing every day. I read somewhere someone wrote, "if we could see the donut go directly to our hips (or belly in my case) would we still eat it? Heck no!". Well, weighing in every day gives me this feedack. Maybe not the ONE donut - but definitely the meal of a pizza,or wings & beer, or any of my other "comfort"…

I'm a guy ... and can't make it through 30 Day Shred (30DS) day 1 ... P90X is a fantasy. Good luck.
-
Yeah, but like an Alcoholic (I imagine), once I start the first french fry ... before I know it, they're all gone, and I want more. Best to avoid them - for me.
-
LOL. Where's the "like" button when we need it?
-
Hmm. There are several other days that don't seem to get the recognition they deserve (from lack of Googlehits) National Sugar Day (I'm really surprised the sugar manufacturers & growers don't have this one) National Fat Day (Not sure who would sponsor this one - Swine herders?) National Obesity Day
-
Those are OK ... never really into the whole waffle thing - kind of french fry abuse if you ask me.
-
Hmm. I have to disagree. Potato's are evil  - they're my carboholic gateway drug. :explode: Baked, fried, made into chips ... etc.
-
Ps. As a Cisco Network Engineer ... YAY ME TOO!!!
-
Mmmmm... French Fries. I'm a carboholic (diabetic). I will celebrate by remembering some of my dearly departed friends .... McDonalds fries - long and thin and salty. Wendy's - may I please have a extra large fry with my gallon of Ketchup? Bojangles/Popeyes - Seasoned & battered cajun fries with another Gallon of Ketchup…

Ah, I did get you mixed up. Sorry! :embarassed:

Well, before, my "reward" would have been to go home and get 20 Buffalo Wings and a 6 Pack of beer - and maybe a pizza. Yeah, it's definitely a screwed up world. Just goes to show, everyone has problems. I definitely think that Westerner's and Americans in particular are generally speaking .... narcistic, fat, lazy,…

Diverchic73 & girlinahat ... man, y'all are HARD CORE!!! I'm just a warm water wuss ... 80 degrees F (26C) for me ... I've had a milestone/short term goal of hitting -65lbs (-29.5Kg) by August to go on my vacation to Caymans - a week on the Aggressor Caymans (maybe 50 dives) and then a week on the island (more diving &…

Hey Victorian131. We're about the same level & time. I've done PADI AOW, EAN, Rescue. Not seriously thinking about DM, yet. Have you checked out www.scubaboard.com? It's like THE online diver hangout. I'm Pseudocyber there too.

LMAO. Benf, I had the same thought ... "I'm soaked - I must have exercised".
-
Cool - thanks for the tip! When I have to shave my body hair, or my nipples bleed, I know I'm running too much!!! :noway: Thanks!
-
If they're the tight shorts/underwear - I hike them up and keep everything from moving around - and try to minimize chafing when walking/running "long" distance 1-10Mi.
-
I already had the under armor underwear - more to ... reduce chafing  . My thighs would get some really bad heat rash - so I found that helps. I'll have to start working on my wardrobe - shirts, shorts? Socks. Ok, here's another question ... for guys - I'm working on reducing/flattening/tightening up my "man boobs"…
