how to come off fast?
I'm on about hour 47 of 5 day fast - water and black coffee. I took a multi-vitamin this am, is that ok? I'm planning on stopping fast Friday lunch. I don't want to "pig out" on Fri, but is there a recommended food or amount to come off the fast with? Thanks.

1st day gym
Starting weights on circuit machines. Did 45 minutes, 2 sets each, 10 reps. Focused on getting some tone, and fat loss. The. 15 minutes rowing on 10 - about 2km. Then 30 minutes incline walk at 3.5 mph for 325 cal. 10 minute sauna. 5 min screwing around in the deepens pool for a cool down

10 Mile Race
