I didn't start out with tape measurements - but I started during weight loss with the gym's nurse.
My two month measurements, From 2/13 to 4/3:
Chest -1.5"
Upper Arms -3/4"
Waist -3"
Hips -2"
Thighs -2.5"
Weight -21.8Lbs.
BodyFat -4.6%
4/3 stats - as measured by nurse - 193.4 lbs. (total down 66.2), body fat 23.6%
From mens size 46, to size 36. -33Lbs to goal weight.
What I'm doing: very low carb (aiming for ketogenic levels), low calorie, IF, exercise (some strength, mostly cardio - walking).
