TODAY IS REWARD DAY!
I have achieved my short term goal weight of <225 with clothes on ... the reward is plummeting towards the earth, at terminal velocity, from 14,000 feet! SKYDIVING!!! T-7 hours from now, jumping "out of a perfectly good airplane" for the first time! Much more exciting than eating a pizza or 10. :tongue:

Thinner=Colder?
As I've lost about 40 pounds, I've noticed I'm much cooler - even cold in air conditioning. I'm sitting here at work now and it's 90 outside, and I'm wearing a fleece jacket inside in the air conditioning - and my hands are cold. What's up with that?

Cheat day?
I try not to do them, but occasionally I will. When you have an official "cheat day" - do you count the food? Do you weigh? If so, how much do you cheat? I didn't mean to, but counted yesterday as a "cheat day". Ate about 4-5000 cal. Scale jumped 5 lbs this morning.

Ran in my first 5K race today!
Run/Walk - 2.78 Mi "5K" - 37:06, 434 Cal. - my first official 5K race with my daughter.

Just ran my first mile, without stopping! :D
A very slow 15 minute mile, but it was uphill most of the way, and didn't stop! :D 144 Cal. (note, this was AFTER my 1.89 c25kw2d1 workout, and a 5K walk in 49:19 min.) ... for a total of 809 Cal and 6 miles.
