Some small NSV's for me

Today, mowing the grass, I took my shirt of for the first time in years.

The shorts I'm wearing were too tight 2 weeks ago, now they're too big and need a belt.

Speaking of the belt, I was at the end of it, with no more belt holes. Now, I'm on the shorter end.

We went to Target to buy some light weights for 30Day Shred - the bag was 14lbs ... I can't imagine carrying that around all day ... but I WAS!

Hit 230 on the scale this morning from SW of 265.

Yeah!!! I love the NSVs as much as seeing the scale go down! I'm going to have to adjust the car seat soon cause I am getting too far away from the wheel and pedals!!

Yep I had the belt experience. Was in the jeep heading to an interview and thought I need to tighten the belt, no more notches, what the heck!

Got to the interview and apologized for no suit. Explained I had lost quite a bit of weight. They said, you look good! I made a mental note to ask that girl out.
