First time I can remember, BMI < Obese! (29.7). I'm "just" overweight... gotta keep on keepin off.

    Heck yea that is an accomplishment. I cheered out loud that my family came to check on me when I was no longer in the obese section of the BMI. Way to GO!!!! :smiley:
