Bump... we are finally getting one here and it is set to open in a few weeks. I see a lot from there on my friends diary and can't wait to see what they offer....
-
Tell them you accidentially took the "night time formula" of allergy/cold medicine. Then cough or fake a sneeze to make it realistic. May even send you home for the day so you can sleep in your bed. lol
-
Abso-frickin-lutely. lol
-
Enjoy the metabolisim while you've got it kid.
-
I would only be in favor of a statue because I wouldn't have to hear her yammering on and on and on.....
-
I like the first one but like someone already said, a lot of people will be wearing black. Love the last one. Wear it with attitude!
-
Thats what I did and I've lost 58 pounds since April. I don't think that is an unreasonable goal. Good luck!!!
-
It depends on the person. When I started here I set a goal weight and when I reached that, I would lower it another 10lbs, then another.... etc. It worked better for me because I was discouraged by such a large number.

She states in the begining of the DVD to workout 6 days a week. The day off is to let your muscles build up stronger than they were before. You will burn yourself out if you don't take a day. Also, take measurements right away because you will see inches lost faster than pounds.
-
I just did this for the first time tonight and burned 267 calories in 56 minutes. Love it! Seems like a better workout than JD2!
-
I just switched mine to Maintenance mode and it kicked me up to 1910 calories a day. That seems really, really high after living on a base of 1300 a day. It will take a long time working up to that consumption a day. I see a lot more almonds in my future!! lol
-
I would love to see the responses. I've lost very consistently with the guidlines MFP gave me and I am only 5lbs away from my goal and I wonder what it will set for me at the maintenance level...

Lie I told myself: You will always have to buy pants in "longs" because you've got long legs. Truth: I had a fat *kitten*. Dropped weight and regular pants fit just fine now. lol
-
LOL! Love it.

That was part of my issue. The movie was so disconnected that only the people who both read and watched the movies would know what was going on. If you only watched the movies, there were huge plot holes and random things that wouldn't make any sense to you. Plus they cut most of the best parts out of the movie and don't…

Absolutely THIS!! They are delicious and are on my dairy nearly every day! Thank God Costco sells a big box.

Movie: Star Wars Books: Harry Potter. Hate, Hate, Hated DH Part 2. I think I am the only person in America who has never seen LOTR. lol

Biscuits and sausage gravy and a side of bacon and hashbrowns. That or Thai food. Most anything I can work in if I really want it except the biscuits/gravy/bacon/hashbrowns. Basically one bite of each and I would be at my limit. lol

I lost 7 pounds before MFP and 49 since and I just cleaned out my closet/drawers and it's like a ghost town. I have 6 huge rubbermaid tubs full of clothes!! I don't have a problem donating but sheesh, I need everything and it would be really nice to get a little money for this stuff to offset the new wardrobe. I am going…

I usually fast forwarded through her yammering on but I believe she says to work out 6 days a week in the intro of the video.

I have three. The one in my profile is my tribute to my dad. I like tattoos that mean something to their owner. Not a fan of the sterotypical tats that look like just some random thing picked from a book.

We all know we have to eat better. I've done several workouts including 6 week 6 pack but I just started Bob Harper Totally Ripped Core and I feel my abs more the next day than with any other workout. It is a 50 minute workout and starts easy enough but the last 15 minutes are an ab killer. Good Luck! Edit: oh and I just…

I did that with Costco's individual trail mix packet. I looked at the back, 160 calories so I snipped the top off and ate it. I went to enter it and discovered that each "individual packet" was actually 2.5 servings so I had just woofed down 400 calories. I was so mad!

I started paying attention

I did Shred first then Ri30. I am glad I started with Shred. Take measurements before you start thought because the scale may be slower to move but you will certainly lose inches. Good Luck

Would love to see the responses... most of what I've read on the forum are for more recent stretch marks. I have many layers of them... I grew like a boy so I have them on my knees and lower back then I have two kids 6 years (9 and 15 y/o now) apart and of course the gaining of the weight... 4 layers of old stretch marks!

My 15 year old son was diagnosed with UC 6 years ago. When I started this journey back in April, he started with me. Working out and eating healthier and he hasn't had a flare-up yet so I am no real help there but I just wanted to say hello and stay strong! Good luck!

So a slight error on my part. I counted the number of thighs and entered rather than the pounds. Stats are lower than stated: cal: 262 Carb: 7 Fat:13 Protien:37 Fiber:0 Calcium:1 You could also use Chicken breast instead of thighs and lower further I am sure. Sorry all.

Digital food scale. Thought I would save a few bucks and buy an analog one.... what a joke!

I always mention the Scrubs episodes where it shows Dr. Kelso's curiously large and fit calves and nearly no one knows what I am talking about!!
