I just reached my goal of 30lbs...I started in Feb, didn't try too, too hard. You can do it! And if you have a bad day...just do better the next day. Don't give up on yourself!!

It can be hard, but it is ALOT easier when you have a cheer team! Just don't be hard on your self if you slip up one day...just make your mind up to do better the next day!!! :) Good Luck!!!
