I am new to myfitnesspal and would love to have people to chat with on this new adventure! I have tried Weight Watchers and I got bored doing it, so hopefully I will like this program and actually achieve my weight loss goal!

    welcome! you will find many people to connect with and to support you here! i think the fact that you enter in EVERYTHING you eat/drink makes a huge difference to how much and what you put in your body.... after only a few weeks of being on here, and looking back at the foods i was eating...WOW, its a real eye opener!
    many of the people on MFP will ask you to be part of fitness, exercise challenges...and the support you get from those are amazing. everyone is on here for the exact same thing...we all have one thing in common, one common goal....healthy and lose weight!!!
    no matter how much you have to lose.... you CAN do it! :)
