Only if you're a liar. Not everyone is, and unless you know the OP personally, you can't make that call.
-
He already said that he was wrong to throw away her hair bands. Lets not overreact.
-
Hope it works out! I would continue offering support and love, and try not to get frustrated when/if her progress is slow. Best of luck.

Maybe make a cheat meal once a week and do the healthy stuff the other days? That way you both win.
-
Lol. This too. :)
-
This. Looove my peanut butter, especially on bananas.
-
Sums up the entire thread.

Being that restrictive on your food has got to be stressful. I would definitely add fruit back in at least, and maybe trying lowering your cals to 1600 (maybe 1400) for a couple of weeks and see where you get. Just my two cents, I'd go crazy if I couldn't eat an apple or banana most days.

Shizmanizzle.

... Maybe I'm in the minority but I liked being skinny, and am hoping to get skinny again. Course I plan to do it healthily, but skinny (for me) is the goal.
-
THIS. Not hating or judging people who choose to go the surgery route, but we're crazy if we expect women to have perfect bodies after having babies, ya know? I'm going to diet and exercise, and whatever is left, is what's left.
-
It's yummy.
-
I loooove cilantro. Subbing with parsley is an abomination, Imo. I would just leave it out.
-
I wouldn't be able to eat that now, let alone before I started having babies.
-
When I'm not feeling emotional, 1.5 slices is honestly plenty for me, but I'm emotional, so I often eat more.
-
I agree. I didn't see the other post, but trolls will be trolls. You're going to offend people no matter what you post.

I freeze bananas, and then mash them with peanut butter and cocoa powder. Super yum. I have also frozen vanilla yogurt and blended it with strawberries and one banana. Not ice cream, but it tasted a lot like a Jamba Juice.

What a cutie!

I used Yax Trax last winter. They helped me train for a 5k in the middle of winter. :) You can buy them on Amazon. Breaking your leg doesn't sound like fun, though, so if you do go that route, you might take it easy until you feel comfortable with them.

Not trying to be all healthy foodie here, but I really don't like Pop Tarts. They just taste too fakey (not flakey) to me. Homemade tarts from scratch, however, are another story.
-
Don't give up.
-
Just based on your expression, yeah, you'd win.
-
Grilled cheese sandwiches dipped in chocolate milk. Though that's not very "plasticy."
-
I don't recall ever having a Klondike bar. Maybe I should try one? Maybe not.
-
I don't like Snickers. See's Candies on the other hand...

Potatoes are GOOD for you! I like mine with a little butter and creole seasoning. Yum, yum! A little sour cream on top with that is pretty yum, too. I also will chop mine up and added a few spoonfuls of chili.

i haaaaaate jeans, I either wear yoga pants or skirts. I do have a pair of size 3 jean capris lying around, if I can get skinny enough to wear them, I will, but I would wear them just because I can, not because I like to. :P

Based on the responses here, I'm pretty sure the OP was joking.
-
Bleh. I like bacon as much as the next person, but that sounds like a LOT of saturated fat to consume every day. Why not have two pieces of bacon, plus some nuts and avacodo?
-
Ahahaha! Made me laugh out loud! Totally agree!
