Agreed.

to be fair, you'll be hard pressed to find a eater of truly healthy foods in the obese range of weight. I I would try incorporating health foods you DO like into your diet, and not stress too much about the unhealthy. As time goes on, just keep trying things, and adding things to your diet. It'll happen.

Who is more important to you, your fiance, or PT? If your answer is the first, I would seriously consider getting a new trainer. I would be uber stressed if my husband was seeing a female trainer vs a male; maybe that makes me insecure, but whatever.

Attraction and love are two different things. You can love your spouse and not be attracted to them, though usually that's not how it works.

I agree.

Homeschooling, Stay at Home Momma, here!

I thought so too, until I moved to bear country, Everyone out here says you're supposed to fight back, but ONLY if the bear actually attacks you, otherwise move away slowly and quietly, so as not to agitate it,

Agreed. I try to cook and serve healthy meals so that even if my husband has seconds or thirds, it's not going to be a calorie buster.

You can encourage him, but you can't force him to change. Honestly, the ultimatum sounds harsh, sounds like you care for fitness more than your spouse. Even if that's not what you meant to sound like, that's what I'm hearing. My husband doesn't exercise AT ALL. Do I find it discouraging? Yes. But I can't force him to do…

Lol, maybe 15 ft. There's no way I could outrun a bear. Course if there's someone with me, I would only have to run faster than them. That's not how I roll, though, I would try to distract the bear so my friend could get out of there. And really, if a bear attacks you, you're supposed to defend yourself. If it's a momma…

Sounds like you both need to be better at communicating.

*Just* your girlfriend and nothing else? Wow.

Has anyone tried the "Earndit.com" website? Am thinking of checking it out. I like the ideas of donating to charity just by walking.

Starting a walking challenge with my family, so this will be great! We're trying to see who can walk 967 miles first (from Hobbiton to the Lonely Mountain), inspired from The Hobbit. Just an FYI though, we're not walking all that in one month, lol. It's a multiple month long challenge. :)

I just ordered the Zip on eBay for $52. I sleep like a rock, so the sleep thing wasn't essential to me.

I was pregnant, but still... I was going to get some pizza, and the pizza guy asked me when I was due. I told him, and he asked if it was just one. I laughed, and said, "Yeah, just one," He gave me a look of disgust and disbelief as he handed me my pizza and said, "Wow. You look like you're carrying twins." I should have…

The HIIT, I could do, except every time I would try, all my babies (they're toddlers, but still) would jump around, giggling like crazy, and I would laugh too much to get the intensity. :P

I don't drink. Never have, never will. I don't feel comfortable consuming something that messes with your head like that. No thanks.

I don't drink.

Agree with this.
-
I waddled around like a pregnant lady. ;)

I agree. Its one thing if someone asks you about it, completely different if they didn't. I had family members who used to get on my case about being fat (an oh, so disgusting size 4, lol) and all it did was make me want to eat more.

I used to be an Athleta girl, but have been really impressed with Danskin fro Walmart. You can't beat the price, either.
-
I was too uncoordinated to do it, so I sold mine after doing it a few times. I have a friend who loves it, though.
-
This made me laugh. A lot.
-
Agree with this 100%!!!!!!
-
I disagree. He didn't say he didn't love her. That he said he wanted her to lose weight is just being honest, nothing more. I would prefer my husband tell me that than to lie and say he was fine with it. If my husband ever puts on a bunch of weight, to where its unhealthy amd I find it unattractive, I will say something…

FOOD, and lots of it!

Chances are good you will start to feel better in your second trimester. Drink a ton of water and SLEEP! As much as you can. your body with thank you for it. Once you get farther along in your pregnancy, other foods should start to taste better, and at that point, I would start focusing on eating better. Exercise when you…
