I like to have a smoothie to start my day, and it keeps me full until lunch. I use half a cup of water, half a banana, a cup of spinach, a handful of baby carrots, milled flax seed, and frozen berries- delicious!

Hummus. Hummus with tuna fish is delicious, especially the roasted red pepper hummus.

Definitely don't starve yourself. :) I also find myself eating later, without much physical activity between the time I eat and go to bed. For this reason my dinner is usually the smallest and lowest calorie meal of my day. Also consider this- you should probably be eating different portions, possibly even different foods…
