Thanks man I appreciate it. I'm honestly burnt out. I can't seem to get under 280 but I'm trying my best. I do like to lose more but its tough to stay discipline.

Lol I've always wanted to be nearly bone thin, but I get a lot of suggestions that say, stay at 240-260. My original goal was 275. I've came really close but then I got sick. hmm ok ill ok ill lower the incline i cant get on the track yet but i will soon. i notice its kinda hard to run without music too

at my heaviest i was eating in the neighborhood of 7,000 calories easy on the high end, and on the low wend maybe in the neighborhood of 4500. that was 2 years ago

i feel like i wont be making any real gains if i eat that much. Its hard not to.but im less motivated when some noticeable movement isnt being made. and if .5-.8 is ok then i guess thats a relief

ya my cheat days i have been known to go way overboard. no doubt about that. but i weigh myself before i eat a big meal and last 3 weeks progress has been awful/lackluster

dont know how i rarely if ever eat more then 1800 a day, only go over 2k on cheat days (once every 2 weeks)

last couple weeks things have only slowly gone up or stayed the same

some guy on there weighed 50 lbs more then me at my heaviest (562) lost it all and went down to like 230...and then gained it back in 3 years....i think about that all the time and wonder if the same will happen to me

the bread i eat not isnt as good as what i normally eat (but its not bad) and its twice as much but im willing to pay more cause its healthier and less cals is a good thing !

LOL oh i hit the gym 5 times a week. i use to only take 3 days off at the gym a month and i eat between 1400-1900 cals, very high protein based. my diet is decent i think. ill cheat once every 2 weeks

march 1st ill weight again, looking to be 285 with any luck

ehhhh maybe thats def possible. but im incredibly impatient (im working on that aspect) but i dont plan on being very big for very long...maybe 3-4 more at the most

i also use to eat 70 calories a day bread, and some days half of my calories would be from bread imagine that x___x. the cleanse was necessary. i did the elliot hulse cleanse lost almost a lb a day for 2 weeks. and it was, it was hell....but im going to do it again in may

its hard to not over work cause under working doesn seem to produce enough results for me. Im not big on eating more then 1900 a day or less then 1200. i eat very little maybe a 1/4th of what ive been accustomed to eating before smh

i dont really get bored as long as the music is good. i cant say im looking at much maybe occasionally the tv lol

well its true i dont get alot of sleep and im often stressed, trying to switch up my workout routine is gonna be tough. I havent changed much recently. I just know that this sudden slow pace occure last month and now its not positive for me to not see the same results

i think i will treat to eat alittle more but i will be adding more water and veggies to my diet. i think tomorrow ill post a picture to show where i am.

agreed on this, means ive also got about 10-20 lbs of too much skin maybe even 25
