Yup, done that too! Got a six-pack and then celebrated and let myself go and got heavier than I've ever been. Now I'm almost back to my six-pack. Hopefully I don't celebrate this time.

For someone who is 20, you strike me as someone with the maturity of a 15 year old. Find mature role models in your life who live healthy, happy lives. Hang out with them as much as you can. If you have a passion - see if you can find a good teacher for it and learn as much as you can. Go to college and observe your better…

Sounds like what you really need is to grow up. If that stings real hard, you know I've hit something. Truth hurts - and my intention isn't to hurt you. There are no "tricks" to anything real. Trick is the opposite of real. Do you want to "trick" yourself? All tricks are illusions - that's why magic tricks are called magic…

Try a change in perspective. Don't go about this in a competitive way. You don't really need motivation. Shift it to self-love. Why did you start this journey? How do you feel about yourself? What are you in this for? Connect with that part of you that loves you as much as the people you love the most. With that part of…

I am the king of confrontation and communication - I've learned that it is absolutely VITAL to know what is the self and what is the relationship. If you are with someone, you are with the entirety of who they are and where they are at. Period. You accept them 100% and they accept you 100% - you even accept when they don't…

Let her do all those things - when I lived with my Dad and was losing weight he used to buy all my favorite junk food and put it on display all over the place. Your wife does NOT know she is doing this. And it doesn't matter. What matters is that you are on track - so stay on it. How I dealt with it was by not eating all…

It's the best feeling in the world! Congratulations! Now focus on creating balance in your life! (Family, Friends, Relationship, Work, Fitness, Spirituality, Entertainment, Money, Hobbies, Passions, etc) Life is a juggling act of many different balls - not just one or two. Happy to see you've mastered one ball - keep at it…

I can't totally explain why but Flash is my ultimate favorite. I just think he's cool and I love the logo and color and his face. I don't know... I just think Flash will always be the best. He's faster than any other hero - he basically has no chance of losing. He's beyond space and time. I just love Flash!
