I'm game, 4 home cooked should be nothing. Maybe? Slipped a bit toward the end of the week and never made it to the gym a third time(doctors on Thursday and slept through my alarm on Friday) So I want to try again this week. Its going to be a good week! Hope everyone enjoyed there weekend.

Tuesday training for sure actually got up like I was supposed to put in 45 minutes cardio and full body strength training at the gym. A bit upset that I pretty much lost all the progress from when I first joined but that's what happens when you skip the gym for almost 4 months. Ah well starting again and I can do this.

Last week was my first week on the site but I kept under my calories everyday but 1 so going for that this week. I need to get back into the swing of working out again after 4 months of avoiding the gym so my goal for this week is to go at least 3x. Also to try and stay away from my desire to eat an entire pizza.
