One of my favorite NSV's happened this past weekend. My parents were meeting us to take the kids back-to-school shopping. My mom didn't recognize me from a distance, she had to do a double-take and identify me because I was with the kids! After that she said "I've never seen your butt so small!" FTW! :-D I've been at this…

Thanks! So are you! :-)

I started doing what you are doing, finding healthier alternatives. If I'm craving chips, I go for organic veggie "chips", same crunch, and pretty tasty. Same with chocolate, when I'm craving that I grab some high quality dark chocolate, super rich so I only have a tiny bit, I stick the rest in the freezer to keep from…

I have a zucchini "pasta" in pesto sauce recipe that is quite tasty! 3-4 zucchinis julienned (or cut with a spiralizer) to make the "pasta" 2 cloves garlic 1 cup fresh basil 3/4 cup pine nuts 3 TBSP flax oil 3 TBSP olive oil 3 TBSP lemon juice Pour all ingredients (except zucchini) into a food processor and blend well Pour…

Accountability Platypus reporting for action! lol! Welcome to MFP, and best of luck on your endeavors! My best suggestion to you is this, if you can't be as active as you'd like, focus on the food. If you can afford to buy fast food, you can afford to buy good fresh food too, and it really isn't too hard to cook/prepare.…

Hi all! I'm Kate, a 34 yr old living in the great state of OR. I started my weight loss journey last Oct after years of gaining (thanks to kids, being sedentary, and quite frankly, giving up on life) I am getting back to an active life that I love and am up for most any challenge now. :-) Stats: SW:286 CW: 206 GW: 190 UGW:…

Great goals! 50 is a lot, even girly push-ups count for something! You can do this!

Works for me. :-)

Nice job! Keep up the good work! Have you set any July goals? :-)
-
Awesome job congrats! You are a lot like me, I recently made it into a 14 after, well, we'll just say TOO many years. lol! I am soo close to a 12 now, and that was my "ultimat" goal size, haven't been there since middle school. (yikes) Keep up the great work!

When I started losing I was a 44G/H, VERY hard to find sports bras for those puppies. After about 40lbs I finally started losing in my chest. I am now down 80+ lbs and am about a 38 DDD (almost a DD) So it can happen, they will change, but they may be really stubborn. ;-)

Awesome job! Keep up the great work! Thank you for sharing your success with us.

WTG! Looking good, congrats on all you've accomplished so far, can't wait to see your goal pics!

I eat like a hobbit, first breakfast (pre-workout) 200 cals or less, usually a green smoothie or oatmeal, then second breakfast (post workout) is more substantial and can range from 300-600 cals. I then have coffee for my "elevensies" lol! I try to get the bulk of my cals, around 75/80% in before 5.

Great job! Congrats on your success! :-)

Newbie to the challenge, my goal for the month is 115 miles.

I've had it before but recommend the vanilla flavored one more. It's good to add to smoothies to get the extra greens etc. I don't like it alone, but it mixes well with other things.

Hi! I have to agree with what the previous posters have already stated, when I finally got serious about my weight loss goals I found that logging EVERYTHING was key. The good, the bad, and the ugly. It helped me see where I was failing and succeeding, and it has made it easier to make good choices when out on the go. As…
