Yes, I surely do. And this year I'll be flying east across the International Date Line on my birthday; this means my birthday will be two days long and definitely there will be two cakes involved o:) .

I "disguise" it as tea. And I add lemon/frozen berries to my water to make it less blah.

Nice cup of tea or the occasional glass of wine while relaxing in the soaking tub - yes, it's been known to happen :blush:. Right in the shower - not yet, but who knows what the future will bring!

Mine certainly improved when the pounds fell off, but not until I also got custom made orthotics. Ibuprofen, stretches and ice also helped. Be patient and it will heal. Good luck!

I don't have cheat days. If I end up eating extra one day I make sure that week's overall is still in my calories goal. This approach kept me losing weight through the December rush of celebratory eating.
