It depends on which fitbit you get. I have a fitbit flex and it counts my steps and sleep patterns but not necessarily my calories. The latest fitbit has an HR monitor which would help for calorie burn which may be the one you are talking about.

First time I did deads, I thought I was going to die the next day. lol I was sore as heck. I do the Stronglifts program so I do deadlifts 1-2 times a week. After doing them for a while, they have become one of my favorite lifts.

I eat most to all of them back because on workout days, I want all the food!

I use the Stronglifts 5x5 program and squat 3x a week. I started with the bar 8 months ago and am now squatting 220#. I think if I were to drop the weight back even to 200#, I could squat more than just the 3x a week.

I hit, at a minimum,parallel on my squats. While I was doing ATG squats I discovered that I ended up hurting my ankle. How? I have no clue but it was the same ankle I sprained a lot from high school sports and I made the decision to stick with parallel.

I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say yes. I did not have a regimen that was for basketball but I did do a program that did increase my vertical. I'm 5'7" and was able to grab the rim. So give me another 3 inches in height and another 4-6 inches on my vertical and I could probably have dunked a girls ball.

I have noticed a huge growth of people at my gym. Whether I go at 6:00 in the morning, 6:00 in the evening or 9:00 am on a Saturday. Majority of the new faces are in the cardio section.
