@skinny4me2be - Turn the volume of the music up louder. It should be an option on the DVD. :)

Week 2 can kiss my butt... Cause I'm gonna KICK ITS!!!!!!!

I just use General Cardio Circuit as my logging. Once I get my Heart Rate Monitor, I'll add each individual one in on my own.

Challenges: - Watching the scale go up, not down. I haven't been eating horribly, just haven't seen a loss since Day 1. - Working out at night, and making time for that, and my personal business at home. Plus, fitting family time in. - Realizing that while I can go out and run a 10K, I'm not in as good of shape as I…

Thanks to Frank... I've committed to doubling up tonight. Back-To-Back... I'll post how hurting I am tomorrow.
-
Unfortunately I won't be doing a double day. I'll just be doing one. :) But you got this Brendon!!!

My biggest issue right now is my shoulders and lats. They're BURNING... In a good way of course.

Nope, you're not alone! Both my wife and I had issues with it. Mainly because we were exercising on a hard surface, and doing the modifiers was even difficult. My wife wanted to quit, but I told her NO! Get your butt over here and DO THIS. We kind of did our own modifiers just to keep moving. When they were doing the…

Haley! Welcome! We are excited to see your progress! Photo progress is a GREAT way to show how everyone can change using T25, not just those with pounds to lose. Inches and toning is a GREAT reason to keep yourself in peak shape.

Hey hey Diana! Good to have you! :)

I'm down for making sure it's neat, tidy, and useful. The biggest part of that is ensuring everyone gives good, quality feedback on it, so I know what to change. I'll make a change right now to update all of the name fields dynamically based on the Alpha Week 1. ALL NAMES ARE UPDATED!! KEEP ON LOGGING!

Hey everyone, if you haven't seen it yet, at the top of the group is "Announcements" (http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10007993/progress-tracker-check-in-here#Item_4). There is a link in there to a Google Document that you can "check-off" after you have done your workout. Click the link, bookmark it, check…

Cheers man! Always glad to help out. I'm dedicated to this, so anything I can do to help, let me know!

Don't you think you should create new sheets for each week? Be easier for those to login and mark their times. :)

Hey all, Adam here. I'm a web developer by trade (own my own business as well), and I'm a software developer for my full time job. I started T25 yesterday, and am ready to ride it out. My biggest problem is that I brew my own beer at home, so am VERY susceptible to drinking every day. I love beer, crave beer, and always…

I'm jumping on the wagon for T25 as well. I did day one yesterday, and am hoping that this will help me in my training for all of the runs I want to do. I'm a runner at heart, but I want to do T25, Les Mills Combat, and eventually work up to Insanity and the P90 series (P90, P90X, P90X2, P90X3). Let's do it!!!

How did your trade end up? I'd love to find me a good distributor (friend that is) for some Pliny the Elder and other Russian River brews...

Are you a sweeter pumpkin beer fan? Or more of the flavors of pumpkin over spices? This is very important in recommending since they are a TON of options out there. Screamin Pumpkin is still my favorite, but Warlock was a close second. Pumking is too sweet for me, and I'll avoid it at all costs.

Let me know how your Saison turns out. I have a gold-medal winning saison I plan on brewing this upcoming weekend, as well as a Session IPA, using Summit, Columbus, Amarillo, and Citra hops. 44 IBUs, 4.7% ABV. Hoping for something REAL session.

You can make any beer be lower grain/abv based on what ingredients you put in it. Unfortunately, when you sacrifice grains, you sacrifice flavors as well. If you want to avoid high OG/FG, carb counts, etc, you should focus on Pilsner, Blonde, Cream Ale, and you can probably get away with doing a very light Pale Ale or IPA.…

Did you run? Than it was a success. You can't beat yourself up over one "bad run". That's how you destroy your progress and slip. Exercising is a change of life style. As long as you are continuing to run, you're succeeding! I have off days too, where my legs hurt, or my feet hurt, or whatever. Just keep going! Dang those…

Ever hear that you should have at least 1oz per gallon of beer? I read that recently somewhere. Your thoughts?

I'm trying to remember my running playlist Eminem - 25 To Life Florence and the Machine - Dog Days are Over Fall Out Boy - Sugar We're Going Down Kelly Clarkson - Since You Been Gone Outkast - Hey Ya! Blondie - One Way or Another LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem! Rage Against the Machine - Killing in the Name Of Bonnie Tyler -…

Wow, way to answer the question....

Right now, I have my Saison going in primary. Has probably 3 weeks left in Primary, then time to keg. Next I need to do an IPA, so probably my Independence Ale, which is a Citra and Mosaic IPA with 2-row, Maris Otter, Victory, Carafoam, Melanoiden, and a few other malts mixed in. After that, I'll do up my Saison again,…

Don't know if I'd quite call myself a hasher, but yes... I have a running problem but don't belong to a drinking club, except my own homebrew. So, I guess I qualify? CHEERS!!!
-
Absolutely it was. It only got REAL big about 2 years ago. Someone I know still has 30 bottles of last years.
-
I'm actually getting a group together to do a... Wait for it... 6 year vertical of KBS. 2 bottles of each year, and there are 11 of us.

Any movement and change in your daily exercise routine will get you on the right track. As others have said, make sure you eat a balance diet as well (diet as in types of food, not as in "omg I have to crash course and only consume 1000 calories"). If you eat like crap, and walk, you might not see a change. I know it's…
